In-game Errors!!!

To our beloved WYDians,

We would like to inform everyone that after our emergency maintenance, we still are experiencing technical difficulties in-game involving different bugs and errors. Please bear with us as our technical team is already attending to this matter. We would like to advise you for now to avoid making different transactions involving Gold, high-valued items and NPCs which are listed below:
 
NPC Nell
All Premium Items (from Nell or other NPC)
Spirit's Seal
Gold Wyden
Silver Coin
Gold (Inventory)
Character Transcending (Hardcore/God/Celestial/Soul)
Item Enchantments
God Item Combinations
Ancient Systems
 

Note: All cases which will involve items/NPCs that are listed here will not be entertained.

We would also like to encourage everyone that once you encounter a bug or error, you may send us a detailed report with Screenshot if possible on our Q&A Section to help us determine and fix them faster.

We will also be postponing our in-game events for now including our Academy and Advance Academy Sessions. We are also hoping for the sooner resolution of this issue.
